Loans

Lending is one of the priorities of Finrostbank.

Loans are granted both in local and foreign currencies. Term and amount of loans provided by the Bank depend primarily on financial condition of the borrower and security provided.

Forms of corporate lending:

- Loans for the purchase of durable goods are granted to legal entities for the purchase of durable goods and services and are repaid under the terms of a loan agreement.

- Mortgage loans are granted to legal entities for construction, repair, renovation and purchase of buildings and structures and are repaid under the terms of a loan agreement.

- Facility means consent of the lending bank to grant a loan in the future in amounts that do not exceed a pre-conditioned amount for a certain period of time, without additional negotiations.

- Overdraft is an opportunity to use the established overdraft limit, which provides for short-term loan in UAH without collateral subject to turnover on the current account with "Finrostbank" JSC.

Loans to economic entities are granted:

In non-cash form:

- By way of making payments under all payment documents from the loan account both in local and in foreign currency.

- By transfer to the current account of the borrower, unless otherwise stipulated by a loan agreement.

* One-time fee for cash settlement services - 1.5% of the loan amount.

** One-time fee for cash settlement services - 2.5% of the loan amount

Overdraft

"Finrostbank" JSC provides an opportunity to corporate customers to use the established overdraft limit, which provides for short-term loan in UAH without collateral subject to turnover on the current account with the Bank. The overdraft rate is 24% to 26% per annum.
