Custodian services

"Finrostbank" JSC provides custodian services under the SCSSM license (License series AB No. 520496 dd. 26.03.2010) for depository activities in the stock market, namely custody.

The Bank provides services of depositors’ securities transactions on securities accounts in accordance with the regulations of the State Commission on Securities and Stock Market, internal documents of the custodian, and orders of depositors. The Bank is a member of the Professional Association of Registrars and Depositories and a member of the National Depositary of Ukraine (NDU).

The Bank provides the following custodian services:

- Opening a securities account;

- Securities circulation on securities accounts;

- Accounting of securities on securities accounts;

- Securities registration by nominal holder in the registry system (immobilization);

- Securities materialization;

- Providing transaction reports and securities account statements;

- Providing information and consulting services.
