Commission transactions in securities

"Finrostbank" JSC provides services on making civil law agreements (in particular, agency, commission agreements) with respect to securities on its own behalf (on behalf of the customer) and at the expense of the customer. "Finrostbank" JSC may be a surety or a guarantor for commitments to third parties pursuant to agreements made on behalf of the Bank’s customer.

Underwriting

For corporate customers, issuers of securities "Finrostbank" JSC offers securities distribution (subscription, sale) services.

Bills avalization

Aval is a bill guarantee, under which the Bank assumes responsibility to the bill holder for the performance of its commitments with respect to bill payment. According to the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine Decree No. 1104 dated October 01, 1997 "On approval of the Procedure of issue, circulation, repayment of bills, which are issued in the amount of value added tax when importing goods into the customs territory of Ukraine", the commitments of a tax bill payer should be secured with a commercial bank guarantee.

Bills domiciliation

Domiciliation means appointment of a third party (i.e. "Finrostbank" JSC) as a bill payer to perform payment of bills in due time and in a prescribed place for fee to be paid out of funds provided by a drawer (customer). Bills domiciliation service allows customers to provide additional services to owners of their bills throughout Ukraine without any considerable organizational and material costs.

Bills discounting

At present, settlements between counterparties using bills are quite common. Bills discounting means acquisition of a bill by the Bank from a drawer before maturity thereon for cash at a discount. In fact, by discounting a bill in the Bank, a holder gets a loan. This operation will allow your company to obtain necessary working capital without waiting for maturity.
