- Report the loss to "Finrostbank" JSC immediately after discovery at:

- Inform the Bank in writing of the loss/theft of the card at any time convenient to you, within 5 working days upon receipt of an oral notice.

- Costs associated with cards lock/unlock and re-issue operations are borne by the card holder according to the tariffs of the Bank.
